Only for students already nominated for DOUBLE/JOINT DEGREE programmes, including ERASMUS MUNDUS courses (that is: Unipd has already received the list of nominated students from the Home University/Programme Coordinator).
PLEASE: only fill out this form if you have been asked to do it by the UNIPD Mobility Unit (mobility.in@unipd.it).
Double degree students with Erasmus+ for Studies scholarship, must fill out this application form only. If you were erroneously nominated through the “standard” Erasmus procedure, please do not follow any instructions reported in the automated confirmation email of the Erasmus+ nomination received from "erasmus.incoming@unipd.it".

Before starting to complete the form please prepare the following:
- your passport/ID and a headshot picture passport style and format (for the student card, a colour picture of your face only, without hats or sunglasses)
- Previous study diplomas (University level): this is the degree that gives you access to the course you will attend at Unipd, i.e. the Bachelor's degree if you will attend a Master's degree. You will have to upload IN ONE SINGLE FILE the Diploma/Graduation certificate and the complete Transcript or Records (or the Diploma Supplement). If you have not completed this course yet, please upload the most recent Transcript of Records. WE ACCEPT DOCUMENTS IN ITALIAN, ENGLISH, SPANISH, FRENCH, PORTUGUESE).
- Previous study diplomas (Secondary education level): this is the degree that gives access to University education, i.e. a High School degree (uploading the diploma is mandatory if it was obtained in Italy, in any case you need to provide the basic info on the degree)
- health and travel insurance (if you already have one)
- European residence permit/s or visa/s (if you have one), IF YOU HAVE BOTH/MORE THAN ONE PLEASE UPLOAD ALL OF THEM IN ONE SINGLE FILE

If you know that you will change your Passport/ID card, please wait until you have the new document before you fill out the form.
If you will have your new document only after the deadline for applications, please send an email to mobility.in@unipd.it so we can advise.
If you change the Passport/ID card while you are enrolled at Unipd, please don't forget to inform us and send a copy of the new document to mobility.in@unipd.it.
You will be enrolled with the data (name, surname and gender marker) on your passport/ID, but if you have a name of choice and a different affirmed gender you can obtain an “alias” for your student documents and student portal (please send us an email to mobility.in@unipd.it).
